Developing a Sabbatical Program – Leadership & Wellbeing, Part 2

In this workshop we will go deep into the wellness policy of providing sabbaticals for nonprofit leaders. We will explore the “Why” of the power of sabbaticals, and the “How” an organization can create a sabbatical policy and program. We will introduce the Sabbatical Toolkit, which includes templates and materials on the nuts and bolts of creating a sabbatical policy, and outlines all of the considerations and implications of having a sabbatical program in your organization.
