Our Work
JustLead Washington is growing a sustainable network of legal and community leaders who can effectively and collaboratively work toward equity and justice in Washington State. Our signature program, the Leadership Academy, is a cohort-based training where Fellows ground their work in shared values and learn competencies that further leadership at the individual, organizational, community, and movement level. Our capacity-building training services center leadership development, race equity, and collaboration between legal and community partners.
