2025 Equity Training Series: Organizational Wellness Policies Workshop

This session will guide participants through a process for developing organizational change policies focused on wellness. Participants will delve into the “why” behind wellness initiatives, building buy-in and understanding the importance of engaging staff throughout the process.
The session will also offer a practical approach, encouraging participants to identify wellness policies they are interested in exploring further. By integrating elements of organizational change, participants will leave with actionable strategies and tools to fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes and sustains well-being.
This session is open to all and any interested in the topic.
