Starting this December, JustLead will offer a FREE Four-Part Virtual Alumni Intensive Series to Leadership Academy Alumni. This monthly series will provide an opportunity for you to reconnect with the Alumni network, update Academy content, and learn new skills.
Series Details
The Alumni Intensive Series will take place online via Zoom. Sessions will run December through March, on one Friday per month from 9:00am to 2:00pm (lunch break included). Session dates are December 11, January 8, February 19, and March 12.
Registration is free for Alumni attendees. However, because we are designing a cohort experience for up to 20 Alumni to provide an opportunity for peer learning and relationship building, and because we may reach capacity, we ask that you only register if you expect to be able to commit to the full series.
Topics Will Include:
- Navigating Internalized Racism & Oppression (featuring Dr. Leticia Nieto for Session 1 on December 11, and including opportunities for caucusing)
- Productively Managing Conflict
- Achieving Workable Unity Across Programs, Organizations, & Community-Led Partnerships
- Engaging in Strategic Thinking and Collective Visioning to Build a More Equitable Future
Participants will be invited to bring current challenges into the cohort space for workshopping and discussion.
